6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable.
     

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule may be offered depending on availability.

  • Readings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice.
     

Practitioner Cancellations

Soul Whispers by Snehal reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of services:

  • All completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Digital products, downloadable content, workshops, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
