Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Soul Whispers by Snehal, significant time, preparation, and energy are dedicated to each session. By booking a session, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Rescheduling Policy

Readings and sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice.
Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are considered final.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Refund Policy

All payments made for readings, spiritual guidance sessions, mentorship programs, workshops, events, and digital products are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.
Completed sessions are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Client Responsibility

Before your scheduled session:

Please carefully read all guidelines and instructions shared via email.
You must review and acknowledge your consent by replying to the email, where requested.
It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the nature of the services being provided before attending your session.
